My name is Francisco González, I'm both Mexican 🇲🇽 and Spanish 🇪🇸, based in Charlotte, NC. I've spent 15+ years owning P&Ls, restructuring operations, building financial systems, and helping owners and executives make better decisions faster.

My work spans hospitality, franchising, consulting, and corporate finance and I'm currently available for senior executive roles in business strategy, finance, P&L operations, and emerging markets.

Outside of work, I'm a Real Madrid fan, a tennis player, a scuba diver, and a Formula One obsessive. I love going on hikes with my girlfriend and enjoy cooking the recipes my grandparents taught me growing up between Mexico City and Madrid.
